1. Operator and scope
Extpertia is a digital platform that lets independent professionals, businesses, and companies publish listings, and lets visitors and registered clients find services by category, country, and city. We provide listing hosting, search, map, messaging, billing, and related tools. We are a technology intermediary — we do not provide the services advertised and we are not the published business, unless a specific page says otherwise.
These terms apply to visitors, registered users, listing holders, company accounts, and merchants using the platform.
2. Accounts and security
When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We offer different roles (client, business, company, administrator). Features depend on your role and active plan. You must not share admin access or impersonate another user.
3. Listings and user content
Listing holders and company accounts are solely responsible for the content they publish: text, photos, videos, prices, location, and contact details. You warrant that you have the rights to upload such content and that it complies with applicable law.
Prohibited content includes: illegal material; spam; malware; misleading identity; stolen media; infringement of third-party rights; harassment; or false information about services, prices, or location.
We may review, hide, edit, or remove listings and may suspend accounts that breach these rules or receive valid legal complaints, without prior notice where urgent.
4. Plans, billing, and payments
Paid features are described on the Pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and included features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed through configured payment providers. By subscribing you authorise charges according to your selected plan. Refund policies follow applicable consumer law and the details shown at checkout or in your billing panel.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
- Do not harass, threaten, or publish other people’s personal data without permission.
- Do not use the site for illegal activity or fraud.
- Do not circumvent security, rate limits, or moderation tools.
- Do not publish fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
6. Contact between users and offline services
Communications and jobs arranged through listings are solely between users and the published professionals or businesses. Extpertia is not a party to those offline agreements and does not guarantee quality, availability, prices, or conduct of any advertiser.
Always verify identity and terms before hiring. Report suspicious or illegal activity to admin@extpertia.com and to the relevant authorities when appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
The Extpertia name, logo, design, software, and original platform content are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and technically process content you upload for the purpose of operating the service.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or interactions between users. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
